Part of physical education in elementary school is preparing for the physical fitness tests. Observe, from the beginning, how 3rd thru 5th graders at West Salem learn how to condition and pace themselves, so that they can achieve a passing score in one of the tests, the pacer.

I liked this project and how it was explained. There are a variety of graphics and the images and video helped me to better understand the whole thing. Nice!
