Watch as the 3rd, 4th and 5th graders practice for the fitness testing. You will see charts that have been developed to help motivate students to perform at their highest level. Students use worksheets to chart their scores each time the tests are performed and to see their improvement in each area.

This is a great example of having students involved in monitoring their progress and students can begin to focus on achieving their PERSONAL BEST!
