Individualized Sight Word Instruction

Many students who have difficulties in spelling have trouble mastering the spelling of sight words. On this powerpoint, You will find a specific strategy for teaching sight words in a way that allows students to master a few words at a time. Progress is monitored daily, as well as weekly.

  9. We have used a similar setup with the assessment and rings/cards, but I realized from looking at yours that I think I was bombarding them with too many words! Thanks for a very clear example of how to correctly use this! :) Nice job!
