This third grade Assessment FOR Learning project was developed for telling and writing time to the nearest minute and 5 minute intervals using analog and digital clocks. Formal and informal assessments used to implement and evaluate this instructional unit will include manipulatives such as "Judy Clocks," time dice, clock face cards, and worksheets individually and in cooperative learning groups.

I really liked getting the parents involved during a holiday break. Whether it be on the paper supplied by the teacher or just during the course of a day for the student to tell the time to the closest five minute interval.
