The Future Look of Physical Education

Our project, with a theme statement of, "The Future Look of Physical Education" combines music and dance for fitness enhancement. A program DVD guides students in a series of steps and directional movements in an aerobic environment. The class involvement can be 15-25 minutes in length.

  1. What a wonderful way to get students active and enthusiastically engaged in physical activity! Your students seem to truly enjoy the challenge of interacting with the video while adding personal dance moves to pretty cool music. If you have not yet done so, consider a "dance off" between classes and for increased fun, a competition between students and brave faculty!

  4. WOW! What a great way to develop a love of motion and movement in the students. It tells you a great deal about the needs of the students but is a fun way for them to develop their stamina and muscles.
