The "Do Now Sheets" are a nice way to assess and provide feedback to your students throughout the geography unit. I love the idea of using familar songs to assist students with recalling geography content. Nice job on your project!
ReplyDeleteWhat fun ideas for learning the continents! As a former music teacher, of course I love the songs! And, I used to toss the globe around in my third grade class too. The kids loved it, as I'm sure your students do!
ReplyDeleteOutstanding! This offers so many wonderful activities and a quick way of assessing the needs of the students.
ReplyDeleteLots of great ways to learn about our geography. Great job.
ReplyDeleteGreat job! I love the variety of activities. I plan use this as a resource for SOL review.
ReplyDeleteGreat job by great teachers!
ReplyDeleteGreat work! I will be using some of these ideas in my own classroom! I love taking "snap-shots" of the students' learning in order to adjust my instruction and remediate (or extend) if needed.
ReplyDeleteLove this! Lots of great activities!
ReplyDeleteAwesome ladies! Can't wait to incorporate into SOL reviews, etc... :)
ReplyDeleteWonderful web site! It is so cute and kid friendly. I appreciate all your hard work to reach every child at every level. I especially like the songs and games.
